Не пользуйтесь услугами Архитекторов Жеронимо (Geronimo architects, of Saint-Pierre-en-Faucigny, Haute-Savoie, or Geronimo With Altitude GWA, далее АЖ). Мой личный опыт постройки Шале с этой компанией был полной катастрофой. Мой проект был построен под полным руководством Olivier Valognes, который был настолько же приятен и очарователен в общении, насколько некомпетентен и необязателен при строительстве. Его действия (а точнее бездействие) стоили мне одинаково дорого в финансовом и эмоциональном планах. Я сильно разочарован, так как именно этой компании я доверил строительство моего шале.

В целом, если хотите сохранить нервы и деньги, не пользуйтесь услугами Жеронимо.

Geronimo architects, of Saint-Pierre-en-Faucigny, Haute-Savoie, or Geronimo With Altitude GWA as they call themselves in Samoens are in my opinion to be avoided. Catastrophe is not the word for the catalogue of issues this company created whilst building my chalet. Geronimo Architectes director, Olivier VALOGNES was commissioned to manage the build of my chalet and oversee the artisans responsible for building the property. Whilst he was a very charming man, his complete lack of supervision, and blasé attitude had terrible and costly consequences. I trusted this firm to design and build my chalet from the ground up and it was a catalogue of issues, some things were simply not managed correctly.  My nerves could not cope with the nightmare. The contractors were simply not managed correctly, or given guidance at vital times during the project. Not only was the project incompressible late, other examples of contractor incompetence were not even noticed by the Geronimo representative. Very disappointed.

Architectes Geronimo, de Saint-Pierre-en-Faucigny, Haute-Savoie et Geronimo With Altitude GWA sont les mêmes sociétés à Samoens, et sont à éviter. Catastrophe n’est pas un terme assez fort pour énumérer tous les dégâts causés par cette entreprise au cours de la construction de mon chalet.  M. VALOGNES Olivier, gérant de Geronimo Architectes, était personnellement chargé de gérer la construction de mon chalet et de diriger le Maitre D’oeuvre responsable des travaux. Alors qu’il était un homme très charmant, son attitude comprenant son absence totale et son manque de supervision du projet m’a coûté très cher en conséquences. J’avais confiance en cette societé, qui était chargée de l’élaboration des plans et de la construction de mon chalet jusqu’au bout. RIEN n’a été géré correctement. C’est un cauchemar, il n’y a eu aucune coordinations et communications entre les artisans et de gestion du chantier. Le projet, enfin, a été “terminé” incroyablement tard, avec beaucoup de fautes.
Extrêmement deçu.
